Responsible controls for real family use.
Effective 3 October 2026. By using Reinor, you agree to these terms for the Parent app, Child app and related Reinor services.
Who may use Reinor
Reinor is intended for adults who are parents or legal guardians and who have authority to manage the child device they connect to the service. You are responsible for using Reinor in accordance with applicable laws and family or guardianship requirements.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Parent account, devices and sign-in credentials. You should notify Reinor if you believe your account or a paired device has been compromised.
Parental-control permissions
Some Reinor Child features require Android permissions or special access, including Usage Access, Accessibility Service and optional Device Admin protection. Reinor explains these functions before directing you to Android settings. You are responsible for reviewing and authorizing those permissions on devices you are entitled to manage.
Acceptable use
You must not use Reinor to:
- Secretly monitor a device you do not have authority to manage.
- Harass, stalk or unlawfully track another person.
- Bypass Android, Google Play or other platform security requirements.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Reinor systems or other users' data.
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
Features and availability
Reinor is under active development. Some functions shown as planned, Premium or under review on the website are not part of the current release. Device behavior may vary by Android version and manufacturer. We may change, improve or discontinue features when needed for product, security, legal or platform-policy reasons.
Subscriptions and purchases
If Reinor Premium subscriptions are offered through Google Play, purchases, renewals, cancellations and eligible refunds will also be subject to the applicable Google Play billing terms. Pricing and trial terms will be shown before a purchase is confirmed.
Privacy
Reinor's handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or maintain service security. You may stop using Reinor at any time and may request account deletion through the Parent app or the Delete account page.
Service limitations
Reinor is intended to help families manage digital habits, but no parental-control service can guarantee that every restriction will work on every device or prevent every attempt to bypass a control. Parents should continue to use appropriate supervision and judgment.
