Android permission screens differ by manufacturer, so Reinor is designed to explain each setup step and make it clear what still needs attention.

When reporting a technical issue, include the Parent and Child phone models, Android versions, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Please do not send passwords or other account secrets.
Setting up a child device
Install Reinor Child, pair it with Reinor Parent and complete the permission checklist on the child's phone. Reinor provides a disclosure before sending you to Android settings for Usage Access or Accessibility.
Why permissions may look different
Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, Xiaomi and other Android manufacturers can use different wording and menu locations for special access, battery and device-protection settings. Reinor is being tested across manufacturers so setup guidance can improve over time.
App limits and blocking
Parents can configure app-specific boundaries from Reinor Parent. On the Child device, Reinor uses the permissions the parent has enabled to detect relevant app activity and apply the configured limit experience.
Account and data deletion
In Reinor Parent, open Settings → Account → Delete account & data. If you no longer have access to the app, use the instructions on the Delete account page.
Current release scope
Reinor is Android-first and currently in family/closed testing. Internet Pause, schedules, extended Premium insights and optional location capabilities should be treated as planned or under review until they are included in a published release.
